We always recommend performing a move in clean before you unload your personal belongings. This ensures that every inch of the room gets the attention that it needs.

How much does a move in clean from 4SEASUNS MAID cost? It all depends on the size of your new home or apartment and the condition it is in. For the most accurate quote, contact us to discuss the details of your move in cleaning. Our staff can also create a personalized cleaning schedule to keep your new home or apartment as tidy as it was when you first moved in.

TOP TO BOTTOM DEEP CLEANING

Our Top to Bottom Deep Cleaning Package represents the most thorough cleaning service provided by our company. Every reachable surface within your home will either be scrubbed or wiped by our team of two professional housecleaners.

The biggest difference between this cleaning and all other packages lies in the amount of detail required to clean your vertical surfaces; such as baseboards, trim work, interior windows, blinds, exterior cabinets/drawers, light fixtures and even doors. All horizontal surfaces will also be cleaned; including floors, tabletops, counters and appliances. Dusting is another big difference maker in this type of cleaning by removing all items and dusting underneath the items located on horizontal surfaces.

You will pay one flat rate that has no time limitations so pick up your feet, sit back and relax while we clean everything inside your home from top to bottom. This cleaning is the closest thing to magic because our desire is to create a magical experience that creates a perfectly clean home without you lifting a finger.

MAINTENANCE CLEANING

 

Our Design With Time Cleaning Package is specifically designed for anyone that only requires our services just once or every now and then. It’s our only timed cleaning package and perfect for the budget-minded customer.

The package offers you a fixed rate that corresponds directly to a designated block of time that will be used to clean inside your home. The size of your home and scope of the work required to clean your home ultimately determines the length of time.

Multiple time intervals can be purchased; ranging from as little as two hours to as much as five hours. Prior to your housecleaning, we will discuss your primary needs and create a list of tasks that will be tackled in order of priority. We’ll provide all necessary cleaning supplies along with a team of two professional housecleaners.

How will I know what time to choose?

Appointment times are Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm and we will be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.

How easy is it to Book Online?

It really takes no more than 60 seconds. Simply fill out the booking form and we’ll be in touch to confirm your date and time in less than 1 hour (within business time). You can choose to pay with cash or you can checkout and pay instantly with a credit card.

Do you do Green Cleaning

We have teams that do 100% green cleaning. Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning team at no additional charge.

Who provides the Supplies?

Who provides the Supplies?

We bring all our own supplies. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors for example) feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us.

What does it cost to clean my home?

We operate on a flat rate basis given the number of bedrooms, and we also offer hourly services. For most standard sized home cleanings, please see our price rates here.

How long will my cleaning take?

We usually estimate 1 hour per bedroom, but we do not specify a length of cleaning. We clean until we are finished for a standard home and within reason. For special cases like hoarders, or extremely large homes, we may adjust the estimate and price for fairness.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

No, just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there. You can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox, at the front-desk…what ever is most convenient for you.

How many folks do you send?

We send a maid to every cleaning. Sometimes, we send teams of two or three depending on the size of the job or condition of the apartment.

What's your days and times of operation?

We work Monday through Saturday, and start our first job at 8:00 am and start the last job at 6:00 pm.
